Senator Ferns moved to amend the amendment on page two, section five-cc, subsection (a), subdivision (4), by striking the word “is” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “appears to be”;

And,

On page two, section five-cc, subsection (a), subdivision (6), by striking the word “is” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “appears to be”.
